Brooklyn Cat Cafe -- First Annual Fundraising Celebration & Silent Auction
Please join us in celebrating the First Anniversary of the Brooklyn Cat Cafe with amazing guests, food, drinks and a silent auction!
We will be joined by special guest and long time advocate of the Brooklyn Cat Cafe, NPR Host of "As Me Another" Ophira Eisenberg.
Brooklyn author and New York Times bestselling author Jennifer McCartney will read from her book of Poetry from Scratch: A Kitten's Book of Verse.
The event will honor Dr. Yvonne Szacki for the tremendous work she does on behalf of animal rescue community.
In addition, starting May 10th we will be hosting a silent auction filled with some truly incredible donations (do I hear "Hamilton"!), the proceeds from which be used 100% to benefit Brooklyn Cat Cafe. Be sure to check back starting May 10th!
Celebrate almost 300 adoptions and over 40,000 visitors to Brooklyn Cat Cafe in our first year.
All proceeds from tickets and the silent auction are tax deductible and will benefit Brooklyn Bridge Animal Welfare Coalition and Brooklyn Cat Cafe a 501(c)3 organization.
