Aunt Martha's 45th Anniversary Gala

Aunt Martha's Health & Wellness is a private, not-for-profit organization that provides integrated community health, child welfare, and social services to more than 55,000 children and adults from more than 600 communities in Illinois and across the country. We address whole person wellness through care coordination, the integration of primary and behavioral health care, and linkages to additional support services that address social determinants of health. On September 28th, 2017, we're celebrating our 45th anniversary - 45 years of Transformation, Innovation, and Excellence. Tickets VIP Reception & Gala Join our rose reception, featuring wine tastings with Master Sommelier & Restaurateur Alpana Singh. The VIP Reception will open at 5 PM, one hour before the Gala. Tickets, which include admission to the Gala, are available for $250 each. Gala Only Individual tickets can be purchased for $150 each. Advocate: $10,000 The benefits of your Advocate-level Sponsorship include: logo and link to your company or organization?s website on Aunt Martha?s website for one year; recognition at the event; company/organization logo individually displayed and 10 event tickets. Benefactor: $5,000 The benefits of your Benefactor-level Sponsorship include: display of your company or organization?s logo on Aunt Martha?s website for one year; recognition at the event; your logo on a sponsor sign, and five (5) event tickets. Partner: $2,500 The benefits of your Partner-level Sponsorship include: recognition at the gala; display of your company or organization?s logo, and three (3) event tickets.
