By purchasing a ticket I acknowledge and agree to the following terms...*All ticket purchases for Kittea Brunch are non-refundable and non-transferable. I acknowledge that I am over the age of 21 and of legal drinking age and understand I must show a valid I.D. to prove it. If I drink, I agree to drink responsibly and acknowledge I am responsible for my actions both at and after Kittea Brunch. I understand that if I am visibly or noticeably intoxicated, I will no longer be served beverages containing alcohol. In consideration of and as part of my payment for my right to attend and participate in Kittea Brunch, I hereby, to the greatest extent allowed by law, RELEASE Kanwaha-Charleston Humane Association, it's directors, officers, agents, representatives, employees, volunteers and partners, venue operator/owner and its officers, agents, representatives and employees, performers, sponsors/promotional partners, beer pourers, breweries, distributors and vendors from any and all liability including but not limited to liability arising from negligence, gross negligence and/or reckless, willful or wanton conduct and INDEMNIFY and hold the same harmless from any and all liability, claims and demands of every kind and nature whatsoever which I may ever have arising, directly or indirectly, from attendance and participation in Kittea Brunch, including the same's defense costs and expenses. I consent to the use by Kanawha-Charleston Humane Association, it's directors, officers, agents, representatives, employees, volunteers and partners of photographs and video recordings made of me while attending and participating in Kittea Brunch without further compensation and agree that all such materials including negatives are the sole property of Kanawha-Charleston Humane Association, it's directors, officers, agents, representatives, employees, volunteers and partners. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I AM GIVING UP LEGAL RIGHTS, THAT I HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON THE BEHALF OF THOSE I AM PURCHASING TICKETS FOR, IF ANY, AND THAT I HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO CONSULT WITH AN ATTORNEY PRIOR TO PURCHASING A TICKET AND AGREEING TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
