Race on Over, the 16th Annual Seaside Gala

The 16th Annual Seaside Gala will be held at Castle Hill Inn in Newport, RI on June 13, 2019. This year's event draws inspiration from horse racing's elite events, and it consists of fundraising activities, a cocktail hour, sit down dinner, an online/mobile auction, live orchestra, and an awards presentation. The Leading Corporate Sponsor is Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island, and the Honorary Event Chairperson is the Honorable Gina M. Raimondo, Governor, State of Rhode Island.

The following individuals and businesses will be recognized with the agency's Vision Award at the event: Tyler Pare, student, Roger Williams University School of Law, Sergeant Jason Canario, Warren Police Department, and Newport This Week, community newspaper.  The agency's 2019 Public Service Award will be presented to Governor Gina M. Raimodo.

Each year East Bay Community Action Program serves 30,000 people from 10 Rhode Island cities and towns with an array of health and human services. Proceeds from the event will support all agency programs.
