Submit a Basket 
Deadline to submit your basket: September 9th, 2024
Please take the following steps on this page to submit a basket:
- Fill in all required fields (indicated by asterisk).
- In "Item Name" add the name of your basket.
- In "Item Description" list all the items you've included in your basket. Please note, No tobacco or alcohol products.
- Upload your basket image in the "Item Images" section.
- In the "Delivery Information" section choose "This item will be sent directly to the winning bidder" in the dropdown.
- In the "Delivery Information" section in the "Additional Info" box list the region donating the basket.
- Note: The basket owner/department is responsible for delivering (including shipping costs if applicable) the basket to the winning bidder. We'll provide you with the winner's contact information after the auction closes.
Please also note: Basket submissions cannot be edited once submitted. If any required elements (image, description items listed, region, etc.) are missing, the submission will be rejected and must be resubmitted.
