Item Description
24" x 30" Oil on Canvas. This is a still-life assignment from my painting class at Florida Southern College in Lakeland, Florida. Each separate panel depicts either hot or cool colors. The hot panels (red, orange, yellow), must be arranged so they don't touch the cool panels (green, blue, purple). Can you determine which is which? There are a variety of objects in this piece: vases, bottles, electrical chords, fabrics, silver pitchers, and license plate frames. What else can you find? This piece is a reminder that even the most mundane objects can spark joy and thoughtful reflection. We can find beauty where we are.
Item Special Note
Art reminds me to keep dreaming. It's so easy to become content and stay stagnant in life. Art pushes me to reflect, explore, and find beauty everywhere.
