Bright Lights Big City Blues WeekFri., June 2 - Sat., June 10, 2017The Uptown Music Collective, Billtown Blues Association and Lycoming Arts Council have joined forces to celebrate blues music in Williamsport with a week of festivities. Two iconic long-standing events, the Uptown Music Collective's annual Blues-A-Thon and the 28th Annual Billtown Blues Festival will open the celebration on June 2nd and provide a climactic close on Saturday June 10th. Saturday June 10 Noon - 10PM Rain or Shine Gates open at 11AM
