JourneyDance

You provide the location, I will bring the speakers and music, and lead you and your friends through the amazing experience of a 75 minute JourneyDance. We will dance barefoot to inspiring world music, weaving simple, guided movement sequences in with free dance explorations. You will begin down on the floor- stretching, rolling, slowing down and letting go, getting grounded. From that solid, safe place, you will dance into your sensual, water body: awaking fluidity and loosening the spine. Then, get funky and free, dancing your fiery rhythmic beats, diving into your ocean of emotion, and clearing your mind of limitations. Feel the liberation and exhilaration that comes from taking the risk of trying something new. Inspire your heart to open up and come into alignment with your true essence and intuition. As the Journeydance progresses, you will find yourself opening up to a larger sense of self and possibility, feeling a deeper connection with both the different parts of yourself, and with others. Finally, you will rest and rejuvenate, feel radiant, embodied, full of joy and gratitude- ready then to head back out into the world as your best, most powerful, self: aware, courageous, and loving.

This JourneyDance can be held as a private event for just you and your friends, or you can use my services to host a JourneyDance as a public or fund-raising event (much like you might hire a DJ). You will need to provide the location (size of which will determine the number of dancers- we will want to have room to easily move).

Unless otherwise indicated, shipping of items, other than gift certificates, is not included. Winner may either pick up his or her item(s) at Brown School or pay for shipping costs. Items will be shipped with Prepaid Forever Priority Mail Flat Rate™ Packaging and every effort will be made to ensure the most economical shipping cost. You must be 21 or older to purchase and receive alcoholic beverages. Positive identification required. Wine and other alcoholic beverages may not be shipped.
