Portland's own B&M, perfected the brick oven baking process for baked beans 150 years ago. Today, B&M is the only brand that delivers the rich baked bean flavor this traditional slow cooking method provides. The factory in Portland is iconic and the process is unique to only B&M. Would you like to see the process? B&M has offered up a tour of the facility. It is something that is NOT offered, but they were willing to do this to help out Cans for a Cure! If you are interested in Portland history and delicious baked beans - this tour is a must for you!
