- Six bedrooms: two with queen beds, two with trundle beds that can sleep one or can be converted into a full/queen, one with two twin beds and one with one full bed
- Three and a half bathrooms
- A large living room with plenty of seating around a stone fireplace

- Just one mile from skiing at Plattekill Mountain
- AND, the winner may visit the MCS New Kingston Mountain Farm and take part in farm chores such as handmilking a cow and gathering eggs
