Fun Fact, their recipe for Biscotti is an old family recipe that dates back to 1592! Other things that happened in 1592 include: the ascension of Pope Clement VIII, the world premiere of Shakespeare's' Henry VI Part I, Richard III and The Comedy of Errors, the Japanese invasions of Korea, and the final widespread outbreak of The Black Death in London. If a recipe has gone unchanged for the last 428 years, it's almost guaranteed to be fantastic!
