This beautiful custom-built home is just a short block from Descanso Beach. It features Catalina tiles and murals throughout. The open great room plan on the main floor includes a custom gourmet kitchen with center island, granite counter tops, stainless-steel appliances, and a gas chef's stove.
The master suite, with a Cal King bed and large flat panel TV, opens onto a spacious outside deck with patio furniture and a barbecue, fridge and sink for private morning breakfasts or evening dining. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom, an office for the home's owners, has a double bed.
