Name our Ambassador eastern indigo snake, #190!
This snake was hatched at the OCIC on July 30th, 2014 and his genetics weren't right for our breeding program, so he has been an education animal his whole life! He comes along with us to almost every outreach event and greets tour guests at every visit, so everyone knows and loves him. He is also extremely food motivated and has never refused a meal! He doesn't mind the travel his job requires of him and loves exploring all of the new places we take him to. He has been teaching people about his species for many years and will continue to do so for the rest of his life. He lives like a king in our clinic building in a beautiful naturalistic enclosure that stays nice and warm all year round. He is spoiled by all of his keepers who adore his bright personality and funny little quirks!
