Description
This work was painted from life in November of 2020 just off the boardwalk path that runs through Millbrook Marsh. The lower portion of the piece highlights a rock "vane" that alters the flow of water and helps maintain the health of the streambed.

ABOUT THE ARTIST
Tom Rosenow graduated from Penn State in 2020 with a BFA in Painting & Drawing. Since then he's had a solo exhibition at the Bellefonte Art Museum and taken part in group exhibitions via the Art Alliance of Centre County. He primarily works in oil and often paints the landscape from life "en plein air."
