Chef Mark Johnson, a licensed wild mushroom harvester, will take you and three people into the woods to forage for seasonal treats. Mark will provide a light snack and guidance on best preparation for your findings, which will depend on the season. This hike will need to be scheduled July-October. After the walk and snack, head to Pine Grove Hall for an inspired foraged cocktail/mocktail where Mark will explain best prep and cooking methods of the mushrooms picked.
