"Sip Back and Relax" features a king bed and two queen trundle beds each in their own bedroom, plus a queen pull out sofa bed in the family room. The 2100 square foot house has an incredible backyard for entertaining and relaxing. Fire up the BBQ while your guests enjoy a jump in the pool after an afternoon out visiting our local wineries. Spend time with your friends and family enjoying a glass of wine in the jacuzzi retelling stories of your day as the sunsets over the horizon.

"Sip Back & Relax" is a modern vacation rental walking distance to Oak Mountain Winery with a pool, jacuzzi and game room. The 2100 square foot home has 3 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms, and can comfortably sleeps 8 guests but available up to 10.

- Bedroom 1: 1 Queen bed with Full Trundle

All bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, soap, and conditioner for your convenience. The beautiful kitchen is stocked with all essential cooking items.
The garage has been turned into a well -equipped game room with a seating area, foosball, ping pong table, shuffle board, yard games, books & board games. Wander outside to the additional structure where a sleek bar with a pool table, karaoke, yoga mats, fitness equipment, stationary bike, small fridge & access to two beach cruisers can be enjoyed for an additional fee. Or sit and relax to watch the kids play yard games that are available to use during your stay.
