This cottage has a lovely 1 bedroom suite (queen bed plus a queen sleeper sofa) with a new kitchen, overlooking the Monterey Bay. Private setting, 1 mile from the Palo Alto, the famous cement ship just off the sands of Seacliff State Beach in Aptos, California. Located 45 minutes above Monterey and Pebble Beach, 90 minutes south of San Francisco.

A 30-day notice is recommended for booking as this lovely cottage does have a waiting list and is subject to availability. No pets allowed.

PICK UP / SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
Bidder will be responsible for the shipping/mailing fee, which will be added to the winning bid amount. Items will be shipped via USPS and billed at standard industry rates.
Items cannot be replaced if broken, lost, or stolen. Therefore, tracking is advised.
Auction items will not be shipped or will not be able to be picked up prior to April 12, 2023.
SPECIAL NOTE: Crespi Carmelite High School will be closed from April 6-14, 2023 for Easter break. However, the Advancement Office will be open during certain hours listed below.
Local bidders may pick up from Crespi Office of Advancement on April 11, 12, 13, & 14, 2023 between the hours of 11am-2pm. Beginning Monday, April 17, 2023 pick-up hours will resume as normal from 9am-4pm.
