Item Description
Shall I practice now? and now? and perhaps now as well?
This print depicting a person, meditation cushion and representations of time appeared in the March '09 Tenth Annual All Buddhist Teachings issue of the Shambhala Sun. It accompanied an article by Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche about bringing practice into everyday life. "How Will I Use This Day?" was the title of the article and the caption hinted at the answer: "Our day is our life and our life is the path...and (there are) seven qualities of mind that we can cultivate in our daily lives."
Missy Chimovitz never met a creative medium she didn't like, and she refuses to choose just one. She currently divides her time between illustration, graphic design, letterpress printing, and animation. She lives in Mexico and Halifax with her husband and their Jack Russell Terrier, Roosevelt.
Sheet-fed giclee print.
23 by 11.5 inch, unframed.
