3 pounds Ground Chuck

1 pounc Ground Chuck Patties

Mariyn and Don Dralle pasture-graze about 90 head of Black Angus cattle on 65 acres south of Mineral Point.  They practice rotational grazing and dry age their beef for 21 days. 

Pick up this feast of low-fat beef right from the ranchers at the Northside Farmers Market Sundays--Oct. 31, Nov. 7, 21, Dec. 5 or 19, or at the Hilldale Farmers Market Wednesdays or Saturdays through Nov.6.

 

Item Special Note

Pasture-raised beef can have as little as one third as much fat as a similar cut from a grain-fed animal.
