Item Description
One pound each of Mandheling, Chajulense and Better-Than-Bed Breakfast Blend
Cranky Coffee Company, which opened its roastery in July 2010, sells fresh and locally-roasted whole bean coffee by the pound from the Sumatra Mandheling district as well as fair-trade and organic beans from the Chajulense Cooperative in Guatemala. The Sumatran coffee is a full-bodied, low-acidic bean that is perfect for those who enjoy rich, deep chocolate undertones in the finish of their coffee. The Guatemalan coffee, from the region of Chajul, is a brighter-flavored coffee with milk chocolate undertones and just a hint of citrus can be detected in its finish. The new "Better Than Bed" Breakfast Blend debuted last week, This smooth blend is a compilation of the Sumatran, Guatemalan, and a coffee from the Brazilian Cerrado region.
Cranky Coffee Company is owned by Cambridge resident, Jennifer Limmex.
