About the artist:

The New Studio is located in Eliot, Maine. Originally located in Hope, Michigan, the Studio was also known as the Buck Rub. About 9 years, ago, we relocated in Richville N.Y so that Chuck could get closer to the Adirondacks to further enhance his study of white tailed deer. Two years ago, we moved the entire studio to Eliot, Maine. Chucks love of the Whitetailed deer has brought him home to New England. Born and raised in Rochester Mass.

Chuck was a 20 year member of the United States Air Force.  Assigned to Shape headquarters, Chuck was involved in Graphics Arts and after retiring, began to focus his attention to the detail his works of art has captured. His artwork has graced countless covers, with Bowhunter Magazine, American Rifleman, Outdoor life as well as other publications, clothing and novelties. A member of the whos whos, Chuck hangs and hunted with Hunting and Bow legend Fred Bear and guitarist, right to keep and bear arms supporter, hunter and a wild and crazy guy, the one and only Ted Nugent.
