The Wedding Professionals Conference

The 2012 conference is set to take place during a fun-filled  cruise on Royal Caribbean from February 4-9. This auction does NOT Cover the cost of the cruise, nor does it cover travel to and from the Fort Lauderdale port.

It does include one conference ticket valued at $499 (CAD) which gets you the following:

• 10 seminars (choice of 16 topics)
• Welcome Cocktail Party
• Closing party 

Weddings are a trend-based business and Wedding Professionals need to constantly educate themselves to stay on top of the industry. The Wedding Professionals Conference was started 7 years ago with the belief that there is not a single person who knows everything about weddings. If you are not constantly learning and improving, you are doing a disservice to yourself, your business and your clients.

About the 2012 Wedding Professionals International Conference 

Each year we survey our attendees, this Conference was built on those survey results.  We gather top professionals within the Wedding Industry to help you improve your business, be a better professional and of course, make more money doing what you love!  Our focus this year will be on Business, Design and Marketing, but we always add in a healthy dose of fun and networking. 

Meet the Producers

The Wedding Professionals International Conference is the brain-child of sisters, Danielle Andrews Sunkel and Tracey Manailescu, the founders of The Wedding Planners Institute of Canada Inc.  

In their role of Educators, they have trained and certified over 3000 Wedding Coordinators Worldwide, including all of the on-site Wedding Planners at Sandals Resorts in Jamaica, Palace Resorts in Mexico, the Atlantis Resort in The Bahamas and The Bahamas Bridal Association!  Their past students have come from Japan, France, England, Australia, Hong Kong, Germany, the United States and all over the Caribbean.

Renowned Wedding Experts, Danielle and Tracey have been quoted and featured in countless publications and have appeared on television shows in several countries. They have been speakers at The Wedding MBA for the past 4 years, CSEME 2011 and several other Wedding-related conferences.

Tracey and Danielle strongly believe in the importance of Continued Education and started the conference back when there weren’t other options for such education.  They practise what they preach and attend as many conferences as they can.  Just last year they attended 11 conferences, in 5 different countries.
