This beautiful 2900 sq ft contemporary home has oversized windows and sliders to enhance the view of the 9th tee of Cougar Point. Sunken LR with large screen tv adjoins a relaxing sunroom area.
The house can comfortably sleep more than 8, as follows:
- Master bedroom with king-size bed, private bath
- Bedroom #2 with queen-size bed, private bath
- Bedroom #3 with two twin beds
- Bedroom #4 with two twin beds
- Living room and sunroom each have sofabeds
Guests will have use of the many amenities available to renters from the Kiawah Island Resort, including use of the Night Heron pool, discounted golf at the Resort Courses, including the world famous Ocean Course, and access to the Roy Barth Tennis Center, as well as many other discounted programs such as Kamp Kiawah for kids and the many nature excursions for the whole family.

Please note: The week must begin and end on a Saturday, be for a mutually agreeable week, and be completed within one year of the auction (April 11, 2012).
