What does your body think it needs?

Learn what to eat for radiant health from ages 2 to 102.

Do you suffer from being overweight, have allergies, struggle with performance problems, or just don't feel quite right?  A personal nutrition analysis could make all the difference.

For a Nutritional Analysis, certified Holistic Health Counselor Amy Butchko will use a method that involves muscle response testing--also called applied kinesiology-- to find areas of weakness or deficiency.

Then she will work with the client to prioritize their needs and make recommendations for food and/or supplements.  For example, sometimes a client is craving chocolate or sugar, which can indicate a mineral deficiency.  Once the deficiency is identified, the client can adjust his or her diet to help regulate that craving if he or she chooses.

The client will leave the appointment with clear ideas about which diet changes can give the most leverage in terms of the results he or she wants to achieve.  The results of finding out exactly what your body wants are profound and clients have seen remarkable improvements in weight, energy, and overall feelings of well-being.

The winning bidder should arrive at his or her appointment well hydrated and with an open mind.  This appointment is not intended and will not diagnose or treat a disease.

Offered by Amy Stuart-Butchko, Founder and Director of Wellness Works, LLC.  Certified Holistic Health Counselor.  Amy is a 2007 graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and a certified Holistic Health Counselor by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.  She has attended training in the cooking and fermentation methods advocated by the Weston A. Price Foundation and taken classes toward her pending CNHP certification.  She has a bachelor's degree from Ohio University and continuing education in human resources at George Washington University and George Mason University.
