Caldwell Vineyard (Napa)

Enjoy an insider’s tour and tasting for (4) and a three-night stay in the Caldwell Vineyard two-bedroom (2 queen beds), one-bathroom Guest House. Your tasting will be with founder John Caldwell or his winemaker, Marbue Marke, in their 20,000 square foot cave where you will be immersed in his informative, intriguing stories.  Hollywood has already taken note of John Caldwell’s story; how he single-handedly became the first Californian to discover and import rootstocks and grapevine clones from France.  They are now referred to as the “Caldwell Clones” and today, in a Bordeaux-style vineyard, clones are industry standard.  Caldwell produces estate-grown hillside fruit for its signature wines, “Gold”, “Silver” and “Rocket Science”.  The new varietals collection culminates Caldwell’s work over the last twenty-five years.

Private Tasting & Dinner with Executive Chef Gary Penir

Enjoy a wine tasting and dinner for (4) created by Executive Chef, Gary Penir, and a guest winemaker hosted at a select winery (each month will consist of a different winemaker and venue). Chef Gary Penir has worked in kitchens in Napa and Sonoma counties for the last four years. During this time he has refined the skills and techniques required to deliver exceptional foods from all over the world.  Recently, he has launched Cuisine GP designed to create excellent food and a unique culinary experience for his guests in Napa Valley.

Whetstone Wine Cellars (Napa)

Enjoy a tour, tasting and lunch for (4) with owner Jamey Whetstone, hosted at their new tasting room at the Historic Stone House on Atlas Peak Road. Enjoy a finished wine tasting of current releases and lunch provided by Michael Chiarello’s NapaStyle Café, plus one case (total) of Whetstone Wine, which will be shipped to your home after your visit. Whetstone is a small boutique producer of vineyard driven wines. Jamey got his start in wine making at Turley Wine Cellars in the summer of 1998 and worked in Burgundy for Domaine Dujac the summer of 2001.

Private Guided Napa Tour & Transportation with Paul Diaz, Wine Educator

Paul has long standing relationships with the three wineries involved in this package and will guide you with grace and compassion. Paul is a 4th generation “Sonoman” who has taken a unique approach to guiding guest's through the valley, immersing clientele into the people of the valley that have a passion that goes beyond what is in the bottle.
