Travel packages are non-refundable and subject to availability. Certificates/gift cards cannot be replaced. Passport required for travel outside the U.S. Airport taxes and fees are the responsibility of the passenger. A Saturday night stay is required. 2012 blackout dates: Jan 1-2, Feb 17-20, Mar 9-12, 16-18, 23-25, Apr 6-9, May 25-28, Jun 29-Jul 1, Jul 6-8, Nov 16-21, 24-26, Dec 21-24, 28-31. 2013 blackout dates: Jan 1-2. Travel is valid for 12 months from date of issue. Supplemental charges may apply for travel during February 21-25, 2012. A 30 day advance reservation is required. Package originates from the Contiguous US or Canada. Flights may not be upgraded with miles.

Land package cancellation policy: Any room canceled 45 days - 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a $400 cancellation penalty. Any room canceled 29 days - 15 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation penalty of 50%. Any room canceled within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation penalty of 100%. A $100 reschedule fee will apply 14 days or more prior to arrival. Reschedule terms may not be available within 14 days of arrival, however will be taken on a case by case basis.
