Laguna Suites Golf + Spa is located in the heart of Cancun’s vibrant Hotel Zone, close to all the action. Not far from Cancun’s famous beaches. If you’re ready for quiet time, make Laguna Suites Golf + Spa your own tranquile retreat. Located on the Pok-Ta-Pok Golf Course, this resort boutique nestles beside Nichupte Lagoon’s shimmering waters. It is intimate and private. An ideal place to relax and unwind.

Ocean Spa Hotel is located in a privileged section of Cancun´s hotel zone, on one of the widest and most peaceful beaches, very near downtown, restaurants, shopping malls and the main tourist attractions in the area. With its 154 comfortable rooms surrounded by beautiful gardens and a partial view of the Caribbean Sea and Isla Mujeres,  it gives you the opportunity to enjoy a tranquil spa and restful vacation.

There are no blackout dates and the Recipients of the Vacation are free to travel anytime during the 18 months following receipt.  The actual resort where the Recipients will stay on their vacation is selected by them, but is based upon availability on the dates they wish to travel. The certificates include the “Stay at One, Play at Four” benefit.  What this means is that although the Recipients will be staying at either the Ocean Spa Hotel or the Laguna Suites Golf and Spa, they will be able to enjoy the amenities at all four of our resorts in Cancun: Royal Sunset, Sunset Lagoon, Laguna Suites Golf and Spa and the Ocean Spa Hotel.  We have a free shuttle that runs all day, every day between all four resorts.

1. This vacation certificate is valid for 5 days and 4 nights European plan hotel accommodations in Cancún, Mexico. The fulfiller of this vacation certificate is not responsible for airline tickets or any other kind of transportation or expense associated with it. This vacationcertificate does not cover incidental expenses such as phone calls, taxes, food and beverages and/or any other personal expense or purchase.

2. This vacation certificate is valid for travel within 18 months from date of receipt.

3. This vacation certificate is valid for travel by two adults (one of which must be at least 25 years of age) and two children, ages 12 and under. Adult travelers must present a valid drivers license and a major credit card for identification at time of check-in. A Reservation fee in the amount of $69USD per family must bepaid at time of reservation as well as daily Mexican government taxes.

4. All reservations are subject to space and availability and can be made through our reservations department by calling 1-866-760-1843 from USA/Canada or +52 (998) 2874111 from all other countries.

5. Additional nights and any other modifications to this vacation certificate are subject to availability and additional charges. Rates may vary during high peak seasons.

6. Reservation changes may be made without additional charge up to 14 days prior to intended arrivaldate via phone, fax or email to reserv@premiercancunvacations.com

7. The fulfiller of this vacation certificate offers travel insurance protection which can be purchased by contacting customer service at 1-800-961-8354. We highly recommend this insurance for internationaltravel.

8. This vacation certificate is nonrefundable; however it is 100% transferable, provided the transferees meet the terms and conditions outlined herein.

9. The fulfiller of this vacation certificate is not responsible for any expenses caused by accident, delays or acts ofGod.

10. These terms and conditions are final and cannot be changed or altered by any statement, merchant or representation by any individual.

11. During your stay you will be asked, but not required to enjoy a private viewing at the resort (approx. 90 minute) to familiarize yourself with all the amenities available to you during your vacation and the options for participation in one of the vacation ownership plans.

12. Travel certificates cannot be used for back to back travel or in conjunction with any other vacation certificate, certificate or offer.

13. This vacation certificate is not valid for travel by groups. A group is considered to be two or more vacation certificate holders traveling together; and/or two or more couples, families or friends traveling during the same vacation period.

14. This certificate is being fulfilled by PREMIER CANCUN VACATIONS, an affiliated company of CANCUN TRAVEL UNLIMITED which is registered with the State of Florida as a Seller of Travel. Registration No. ST37149.
