Item Description
$50 Gift Certificate Salumeria Rosi Parmacotto is a small neighborhood salumi shop and restaurant located in New York City's Upper West Side, although much like one found on any street corner in Italy. The Rosi family history starts in Parma, Italy, a city famous around the world for its culinary wonders, such as the Prosciutto di Parma and Parmigiano Reggiano. The Salumeria offers an ample variety of salumi, wines and fine Italian produce selected by Parmacotto, to taste on the spot or take away. In collaboration with Cesare Casella - Italian chef par excellence - the Rosi family, which has been producing traditional Italian salumi for decades, has created a special menu of foods and ready-made dishes, typical of Parma. The interior design of Salumeria Rosi has been created by Oscar award-winning art director Dante Ferretti. www.salumeriarosi.com 283 Amsterdam
