You are bidding on one week in a 4 bedroom 2 bath Truckee home in the Ponderosa Ranchos neighborhood, that can easily sleep 8.   Included with this package is a $50 gift certificate for a membership to KidZone Museum or Camp in Truckee along with a voucher for two ski lift tickets to Boreal Mountain Resort.

It has a Large master bedroom with a sauna.  Hot tub on the ground floor. Two living areas with a pool table,  a washer & dryer. 

Martiswoods Estates and Ponderosa Ranchos may be 2 of Truckee’s best kept residential secrets. These neighborhoods are ideally located near the heart of downtown Truckee, for shopping, entertainment, and dining. They are also close to 4 major north Tahoe ski areas: Northstar, Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley, and Sugar Bowl.

KidZone Membership or Camp:

The KidZone Museum is a children's museum in Truckee, California serving 22,000+ visits annually. Our mission is to inspire learning through creative play and discovery. Exhibits are designed to provide play that encourages a child's development of social, imaginative, physical and problem solving skills. Our new outdoor natural play-scape is where children can explore in our stream and sand play areas during Spring, Summer and Fall. Kids can also slide and create mud pies and plant in the garden. Watch for special nature programs about bugs and animals after the snow melts.

Two (2) Adult Lift Ticket Vouchers to Boreal Mountain Resort:

Boreal Mountain Resort is located in Truckee, California. It features 41 trails and 480 skiable acres spanning 7,700 vertical feet serviced by 8 lifts, including 2 quads , 3 triples , 1 double , 2 moving carpet. Boreal Mountain Resort averages 400 inches of snow a year, and features snowmaking on 80 percent of it's terrain. There are 4 terrain parks at Boreal Mountain Resort. The resort generally operates from November to April, operating 9am - 9pm. Boreal Mountain Resort has a base elevation of 7,200 feet and a summit elevation of 7,700 feet . 30 percent of it's terrain is rated easiest. 55 percent is intermediate. 15 percent is most difficult.
