Earl Perry has been photographing New Orleans and all things New Orleans since 1961. Born and raised in this, America's most interesting city, he has focused his photography entirely on the culture, music and subtle differences that make New Orleans so fascinating to all who visit her. Over these many years, Earl has developed an extremely close working relationship with many aspects of the city's culture, allowing him access and entree to realms forbidden others. Possessing a passion for what is truly New Orleans, he has had the privilege to photograph the city most come to see but seldom find.  His work has been reproduced worldwide in publications such as Jazz Times, Downbeat, Elle, Maxim, San Francisco Chronicle, Grove Press, Autoweek, Offbeat, New Orleans Magazine, Gambit and others.
