Item Description
This striking depiction of the Fleur de Lis atop the French flag was created by an 8th grade artist at the Waldorf School of the Peninsula with the French aristocracy in mind.
The fleur-de-lis is a symbol of French monarchs, often appearing on the royal coat of arms as a symbol of purity. It was painted using oil pastels on watercolor paper.
