The National Gaucher Foundation (NGF) was established in 1984 as a non-profit, tax exempt organization dedicated to supporting and promoting research towards the cause, treatments and a cure for Gaucher disease. We are an objective, independent voice of the Gaucher community dedicated to providing leadership, outreach and innovative thinking. We offer a wide range of programs and resources to meet the ever-increasing needs of individuals and families affected by this disease. Whether a patient is newly diagnosed or has been living with Gaucher disease for years, he or she can benefit from our services.
Please support our many services with a donation to our general operating fund that provides crucial programs to help people with Gaucher disease and their families cope with this disease.
- Medical research for treatments and a cure
- Helping to pass legislation on Capitol Hill
- Local and national educational meetings, conferences and webinars
- Up-to-date information on available treatments, Gaucher treatment centers, drug studies, support groups, patient meetings, conferences and events
- Gaucher outreach and education to the general and medical communities
- Patient advocacy to help people cope with shortages and other crises
- Patient support through the Gaucher Mentor Program and online social media
- Patient, physician and treatment center referrals that connects patients to physicians, local treatment centers and other Gaucher patients
Any amount you donate will help the NGF to run these programs that help all people with Gaucher disease.
