Item Description
Morning Light is a museum-matted (acid free) original watercolor painting that celebrates life and color by Nina C. Harlan.
Nina studied art at the University of Colorado, the University of Vermont and Rutgers University. Individual instruction with world renowned artists have greatly influenced her artwork.
Her paintings have been displayed and sold at art shows and she has won numerous awards from the Morris County Art Association, the Millburn Short Hills Art Center, the Essex Watercolor Club, St. Marks’s Art Festival in Mendham, the Lippman Gallery in Livingston, and The Coachella Valley Watercolor Society in California. Nina believes that the creative self is the nature of the spiritual yearning to express and actualize our uniqueness. This creative self connects us with the world and the universe. As an artist, her responsibility is to transmit positive feelings and emotions. She is a world traveler and finds her inspiration in landscapes.
Nina’s bright watercolors, pastels and acrylics are transformed memories that celebrate life and color.
Nina and her husband, Bruce, are dedicated to the promotion of art. As an outgrowth of their passion for art, they have formed ART ENCOUNTERS INC., which sponsors bus trips to national exhibits and watercolor instruction workshops with internationally acclaimed artists.
