These talks from the mahayana section of the 1992 Vajradhatu Seminary present the essence of the mind training (lojong) slogans and the tonglen compassion practice. These pithy and practical talks were given to students preparing to receive advanced teachings. They are recommended for meditators who already have some experience with the tonglen practice.
