Late every November he returns to San Diego for Rigpa's annual west coast retreat, a highlight of the year for all who attend. The successful bidder for this item will take part in the retreat's 2014 weekend study and group practice sessions and receive meditation instruction and teachings.
Sogyal Rinpoche brings these ancient practices together with his understanding of modern therapeutic methods, in order to address the particular concerns and challenges of the western mind in a light and humorous way that awakens our mind and opens our heart.
Rigpa is an international network of over 130 Buddhist centres and groups in 40 countries around the world including Rigpa.usa. It was founded by Sogyal Rinpoche, the author of the ground-breaking book, The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying.
