Item Description

2 Round Trip Certificates

Mokulele Airlines was founded in 1994 as Mokulele Flight Service by Rebecca "Kawehi" Inaba, and was the first airline in Hawaii to be founded by a Native Hawaiian woman. In 2005 we were acquired by Boyer Industries LLC, headed by former baggage handler turned entrepreneur William "Bill" Boyer Jr., who became the airline's CEO. The company, at this point, had a fleet of three Piper Navajo Chieftans and was only operating charters and sightseeing trips to HawaiÊ»i Volcanoes National Park and scenic flights around the Big Island and Maui.

In October 2009, Mokulele announced that we were going to join go! and become go!Mokulele, a partnership that would last about 2 years. In November 201,1 Mesa Air Group announced that it had sold the go!Mokulele turboprop operation to Scottsdale, Arizona-based Transpac Aviation Inc. which is privately owned by Mr. Ron Hansen.

Today, under the direction of Mr. Hansen, Mokulele Airlines is thriving and continues to provide reliable and convenient inter-island air service. We currently operate daily flights to Honolulu, Kapalua, Kahului, Kona, Moloka’i, Lana’i, and Hana. We are working hard to be the best little airline in the world and thanks to our loyal passengers, we’re continuing to grow. We’re especially proud to announce that on September 21, 2013 we began daily service from the Waimea-Kohala Airport on the Big Island to Kahului Airport on Maui, with connections available to Honolulu.

We’ve also added four new Cessna Caravans to our fleet in recent months, putting our current fleet size at nine. We’re happy to say that we now have more than 50 pilots who operate over 120 flights per day to our eight destinations on five islands. Our goal is to design our flight schedules for the maximum convenience of our passengers. Our Kapalua to Lana‘i route, for example, makes it easy for golfers to make a day trip to get in a few extra rounds, and those who need to travel between Kahului and Lana‘i for business can easily make the round trip in the same day.

We would like to thank our sponsors....
