From the beginning, we've specialized in functional training methods for our clients, taking them to previously unmatched results in their own personal fitness. Our philosophy is simple... concentrate on what's most important for our client's success. We start by teaching basic freeweight exercises with light weights, and progress over time to more complicated and intense movements. This strategy will always achieve a stronger and more balanced physique, as well as providing an almost unlimited variety of exercises and modalities that remain interesting and challenging for years to come.

The original training gym in DC, our Logan Circle gym is loaded with training options! From cardiovascular conditioning to strongman competition training, and d.c.'s onlyprivate outdoor athletic training space, we've got it all. the 6,000 sq ft gym has all the toys you never wanted...kettlebells, powerlifting chains, medicine balls, prowler sleds, blast straps, log press, reverse hyperextension, power straps, farmer's walk handles, dragging sleds, and of course a full line of iron grip dumbells and freeweights, cybex equipment and cardio by precor and jacob's ladder. Don't be scared though, we can train anyone... from a frail old woman, whose only goal is to make it up a flight of stairs to a muscle-bound menace that's trying to win the world's strongest man competition... we can get you there!.
