Sessions include:

A fitness assessment based on the American College of Sports Medicine's exercise prescription guidelines, and nutritional coaching to help you get the most out of your training.

Plus two personalized yoga sessions teaching you how to modify where needed, and useful techniques to take your yoga to the next level.

Sports Medicine meets traditional Hatha Yoga for an intense isometric workout that tones, lengthens, and increases range of motion for all functional fitness needs.

This is the blending of Neal’s knowledge as an American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) certified Personal Trainer, and his direct experience training in a non-Brahmanical Nepalese lineage of yoga.

For people looking to increase the intensity of their practice without the risk of injury, try one of these classes emphasizing working the basic poses to their max.
