Mann Family Azin Tajdar & Esmail Sadeghi along with Grandma Shokat will prepare a complete home-cooked Iranian dinner for ten and deliver it to your dinner table. Just set the table and come hungry!

The menu will be tailored to your preferences, choosing from some of the following items:

Appetizers - Select any 3 from:

1.Kashke Bademjoon (eggplant and whey dip)

2.Bread, Cheese, and Herbs

3.Salad Shirazi (cucumber, tomatoes, onion with special dressing)

4.Mast-O-Khiar (cucumber & yogurt with mint)

5.Hummus

Main Dishes - Select 3 from:

1.Baghali Polo Mahicheh (saffron rice with green fava beans & dill served with lamb shank

2.Morasa Polo ba Morgh

3.Zereshk Polo Morgh: saffron rice with special berries (Zeresk) served with chicken

4.Khoresh Gheimeh Bademjoon: saffron rice served with special stew: yellow split peas, beef, and eggplant with tomatoes & tomato sauce.

5. Ghormeh Sabzi: saffron rice served with special stew: sauted herbs & vegetables (parsley, cilantro, chives, spinach) and cooked with meat and red kidney beans along with dried lemon and lemon juice.

6.Tah Chin Morgh: saffron rice cooked with chicken and yogurt-egg sauce.

7. Loobia Polo: saffron rice with meat and green beans cooked with chopped tomatoes and tomato sauce.

8.Adas Polo: saffron rice cooked and steamed with lentils and garnished with sauted onion, raisins, and walnut

Side Dishes - Select 3 from:

1.Kookoo Sabzi: quiche made with parsley, cilantro, dill, leek, spinach, walnut, zereshk (berries), and saffron

2.Ash Reshteh: A special soup made with lamb shank, legume, herbs, whey and garnished with caramelized onion, garlic, and mint
