Win this unique opportunity for you and one guest to visit the set of the CBS hit series "Elementary". Included is a Season One DVD Set and Autographed Poster.
Show Synopsis: Dr. Joan Watson (Lucy Liu) and Detective Sherlock Holmes (Jonny Lee Miller) solve some of NYPDs most impossible cases. Sherlock's police contact, Capt. Tobias "Toby" Gregson (Aidan Quinn), knows from previous experience working with Scotland Yard that Sherlock is brilliant at closing cases, and welcomes him as part of the team.

CONDITIONS:
- One set visit for up to two (2) participants. The winner/participant(s) must be 18 years of age or older
- The set visit is subject to our agreement as to a mutually acceptable date, and advance notice will depend on the exigencies of production (and may be only 24 hours if so dictated by exigencies of production). The set vist may be rescheduled at the sole discretion of CBS or due to events of force majeure.
- Winner must contact donor to coordinate set visit.
- Participants are responsible for travel arrangements. Airfare (or other transportation) and hotel accommodations will NOT be provided. The set is in Long Island City, NY.
- The winner/participants must agree to accept all risks associated with the set visit and to release CBS's Elementary for any liability in connection with the set visit.
- There is no guarantee that the winner/participants will meet or see any regular cast members, or that any regular cast members will be present on the day of the set visit.
- The participants agree to keep and retain in the strictest confidence any information and materials disclosed to, obtained by or observed by the participants in connection with the Program, including without limitation its subject matter, content and ouutcomes and any behind-the-scenes information.
- The set visit is subject to the winner/participants acknowledging the acceptance of the conditions in writing prior to set visit
- CBS reserves the right to substitute a set visit to a television series other than "Elementary."
- Only one (1) set visit per household and/or family per production season
