Item Description
This wall plaque was made following a class with Tanya Veit in the United Kingdom, using a technique learned from David Alcaha. The glass is a mixture of French Vanilla, Dense White, White Opal, and Turquoise and Cyan. The darker turquoise is transparent. The piece is approximately 11inches x 5 inches, and is hung on the wall using the Adjustabail (attached on the rear) as well as a small piece of acrylic to keep the plaque level. On the surface it has hand-manipulated stringers and coarse frit in similar reactive colours. Absolutely unique - hand made by me in my studio in France.
Item Special Note
This piece looks fantastic when displayed in an area near some light - the reflections through the transparent turquoise in particular dance across the wall behind.
