Item Description
Take home this amazing wine lovers basket filled with 6 bottles of incredible wine!
2010 Rivers Marie Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir - 91 points. Aromas of cherries, orange pekot tea, spice and vanilla. Middleweight flavors of cherries, raspberries and blueberries with the slightest oak in the background.
2010 Paul Hobbs Russian River Pinot Noir - 92 points. This pinot just gets better with age. More depth and concentration of strawberry and cherry infused fruit. Hints of chocolate with even more silky smooth tannins. A world class, collectible pinot.
2008 Auteur Ophelia Willamette Valley Pinot Noir - 91 points. The nose evokes a late afternoon walk through the woods. Earthy with mushrooms and dried pine needles. A touch of heat and spice on the first sip, then the fruit flavors fan out, showing pomegranate and dried cherries. Firm tannins on the back end, a bolt of peppercorns, with the flavors slowly fading away into dried leaves.
2011 Justin Isosceles Cabernet Sauvignon - 88 points. Very approachable, with lots of luscious red fruit, sandalwood, graphite, and violets on the nose. Paso flavors of cherries, red currants, raspberries, minerals, and walnut shell. Fresh, balanced, and smooth, picking up more sandalwood complexity on the finish.
2000 Cuvee du Vatican Chateauneuf de Pape - 91 points. Deep, dark garnet in color. Aromas of blackberries, cherries and garrigue overtones with herbs. Earthy, spice notes of cinnamon and coriander and a hint of oak in the background.
2011 Lone Madrone The Dodd - 89 points. This robust blend hails from the beautiful Klau Mine Vineyard in Bordeaux, France. Dry farmed and hand pruned, it is a blend of Tannat, Zinfandel, Petite Verdot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
