Item Description
2009 Landmark Lorenzo Chardonnay Russian River Valley - 93 points - Bright gold. Highly expressive aromas of pear, mango, tangerine, white flowers and toasty lees, plus a hint of vanilla. Sappy and penetrating, with hefty tropical and citrus fruit flavors that smoothly blend power and vivacity. Develops a smoky character with air and finishes with excellent clarity, length and mineral-driven persistence. That spine of minerality should enable this chardonnay to age well.
2013 Paul D. Gruner Veltliner Austria - Made of 100% Gruner Veltliner. A golden straw color with delightful aromas of stone fruits and spice. It is dry yet impressively ripe, with vibrant lime zest flavors and an appealing richness in the mouth feel. Pair with lobster, scallops, oysters, Thai food, Indian food, Japanese food.
2011 Elk Cove Vineyards Pinot Noir Williamette Valley - This wine is bursting with bright red cherry fruit and juicy dark fruit character, framed by silky tannins and great acidity, with notes of chicory, cedar and cinnamon. The most approachable drinking style Elk Cove makes, this wine also shows great complexity.
2013 Delle Venezie Caranto Pinot Noir - pleasant aromas of strawberr y and raspberry, while presenting a perfect balance of intense fruit flavor with a soft round finish on the palate.
Mt Hood Winery Summit Red Table Wine - SILVER MEDAL ~ Great NW Invitational Wine Competition, October 2014. Pinot Noir provides the fruit, Tempranillo the character and Syrah the finesse. Rich and delicious, this blend is perfect for casual fare or paired with lamb, beef, or Italian dishes.
South Shore Winery Sangria - Sweet; citrus-flavored grape wine. A warm-weather favorite!
