Item Description
Silent Auction Item
Join a cooking class with noted chef and author Ian Knauer at The Farm Cooking School in Stockton, NJ and enjoy a signed copy of his cookbook "The Farm:Rustic Recipes for a Year of Incredible Food". Ian Knauer founded The Farm Cooking School as a space where cooks of all levels can come together to learn and enjoy great food and community.
Ian honed his cooking skills in the world-renowned test kitchens of Gourmet Magazine for almost a decade before returning to his family's farm in Pennsylvania where he wrote a cookbook and a television show, also called The Farm, which airs on PBS and Hulu. After over a year of searching for the perfect location, he found Tullamore Farms, a working cattle and lamb farm in Stockton, NJ. The Farm Cooking School sources much of the ingredients directly from the farm and other near-by farms.
Gift certificate for one cooking class, your choice of the many different classes offered, and a signed copy of Ian's cookbook.
Special thanks to Ian Knauer.
