Item Description

Did you ever watch trains go racing by when you were little and dream - I want to do that! Now you can fulfill that DREAM. The Nevada Northern Railway Museum offers a unique program - Be The Engineer!

That's right; you are the engineer taking a locomotive up the hill! You're in the seat with your hand on the throttle, controlling the iron horse out on the mainline. This is hands-on railroading. To see a video on the experience click HERE!

You will tackle a 2% grade; go through not one, but two tunnels! And you will need to blow the whistle for highway crossings! This is real life! It's not a simulator, not a game, but in your face railroading. You're responsible for getting the locomotive over the hill safely.

Feel the power in your hands as you slowly pull out the throttle of a 100-year old Steam Locomotive.  You are the Engineer as you head down the track. Railroad crossing coming up, pull the whistle cord. Let the world know that you're coming! This is a once in a lifetime experience at once in a lifetime prices! Want more information?
