Take home a vacation you will never forget with this 6-night beach & golf vacation in a 3-bedroom residence with private plunge pool in the brand new (2015) Fairmont Heritage Place in Mayakoba, Mexico's most luxurious resort community.

You will receive a complimentary round of golf for up to 4 people on El Cameleon (a Greg Norman golf course), home of Mexico's only PGA Tour Event, and the only PGA golf course outside of USA/Canada. This round of golf alone is a $1,200 value! Golfers in this group will also be entitled to a meal at the Golf Clubhouse for up to $300.

The package includes airfare (conveniently a direct 3.5 hour flight!) for 4 individuals, up to $500/person. Winner will also receive a complimentary Mayakoba eco-tour in a covered lancha boat, where little ones may spot crocodiles, iguanas and exotic birds.

While the package includes use of the Fairmont Heritage place pool and amenities reserved exclusively for Fairmont Heritage Place, it also includes full use of amenities of the entire Fairmont Mayakoba hotel resort, including four exceptional restaurants, five bars, the state of the art Willow Stream Spa, multiple pools, including a children's wading pool and a waterslide, the Kids Club and complimentary catamaran and bicycle rentals.

This package also includes complimentary visits to Mayakoba's very own cenote or to play on Mayakoba's tennis and paddle courts. You will receive complimentary buggy, covered eco-boat, or SUV transportation within Mayakoba to visit or dine at the neighboring Rosewood or Banyan Tree resorts.

At the Fairmont Mayakoba, all children aged 5 and under dine free and children 6-12 dine for half price. Expires 4/28/2016. • Reservations for auction Winner for the six night stay (a.k.a. "the stay") at Fairmont Heritage Place, Mayakoba, are subject to Availability and Black Out Dates as shown below. Reservations will require a Friday check-in and check-out on the following Thursday. The stay is for six consecutive nights in a three (3) bedroom condominium at Fairmont Heritage Place, a brand new Fractional Ownership Condominium at Fairmont, Mayakoba. Occupancy is for six (6). • The winner of this stay must complete the reservations confirmation process no less than sixty (60) days prior to arrival. You might be accommodated if you request dates within the 60 days, but it is not guaranteed. Reservations are subject to black-out dates (shown below) and based on availability. The six night stay must be completed on or before April 28, 2016. • For the winning bidder, this complimentary stay includes reimbursement of up to $500 per person for air fare, with a total maximum of $2,000.00. This is for travel to and from Mayakoba for this stay. • The $300 USD credit for the meal at the golf clubhouse will apply immediately before, during or after the complimentary golf round. • Reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
