Would you like to own a unique cutting board? This is the item for you. Bentley's Studio located at 2183 North Clinton Avenue, Rochester, NY 14617 offers this wooden checkered cutting board. It measures 14 1/2'' by 12 3/4''. This cutting board is seasoned with olive oil that soaks into the wood and helps to prevent moisture from soaking in. The olive oil also gives the wood the deep rich colors. After using the board wipe with a warm soapy cloth and rinse with warm water. After wiping and rinsing, dry the board off with a dry towel. Position the board so that air will be able to get to both sides allowing uniform drying. This helps to prevent warping. DO NOT PUT THE BOARD IN THE DISHWASHER. When the board is dry, re-season it with a liberal coat of olive oil. Allow olive oil to soak overnight and wipe off the next morning. It is best to coat the board with olive oil once a day for the first week, then once a week for a month, once a month for a year and the coat as needed.
SHIPPING IS NOT INCLUDED on any items in the WXXI Auction. Certificates will be mailed directly to winning bidders at no additional cost. Bidders who have won Merchandise items (items with an M in front of the item number) will be contacted at the conclusion of the Auction to arrange shipping for an additional fee. The WXXI Auction will ship via FedEx Express, if the bidder prefers a different shipping method they must arrange shipping and contact the Auction with the appropriate details. Merchandise items can also be picked-up at WXXI on the publicized open pick-up dates or by appointment. All Merchandise must be picked up by July 31, 2015.
