Experience a taste of life on a19th-century estate when you visit the National Historic Landmark Rose Hill Mansion. Built in 1839, the elegant Greek Revival house was the center of a busy and productive farm in the 19^th century. You will see twenty rooms restored and furnished in the Empire style, popular from the 1820s to 1850s and appreciate the magnificent view of Seneca Lake from the front porch.  Also, on the grounds is a tasting room operated by Billsboro Winery. After touring Rose Hill, stop by for a free taste of Billsboro wines.

THE SMITH OPERA HOUSE is a perfect venue for viewing films and taking in a live performance of music, dance or speech. This historic performing arts theatre was built in 1894 and renovated in 1931 as a movie theater in a unique combination of Art Deco and Baroque motifs. The beautiful interior was carefully restored in the early 1990s. The Smith Center for the Arts owns and operates the Smith Opera House and coordinates numerous regional art advocacy projects.
