The World Affairs Council of Oregon, the state's oldest and largest international affairs organization, offers a Family Membership (one year) to support this fundraiser. Benefits apply to a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children) and are:
- Subscription to the Council’s newsletter with information on events and programs
- Discount admission rates to all Council events and programs
- Discounted admission at all participating World Affairs Council events throughout the U.S.
- Opportunities to meet with emerging leaders from around the world through the dinner hospitality program of the Council’s International Visitor Program
- Access to World Affairs Council travel programs with in-country briefings
Special subscription rates for periodicals and books
Membership at all levels supports ongoing programs that broaden international understanding in Oregon including: more than 60 public programs each year with experts and world leaders; an International Visitor Program that annually hosts 500 emerging leaders and entrepreneurs from around the world for professional exchanges and business training; a vibrant Global Classroom program, enhancing access to international education and multicultural learning for K-12 schools across Oregon and SW Washington.
