Item Description
Laulhère is the reference name in French berets since 1840. At Laulhère they understand that quality requires an excellence that comes from human intervention and attention to detail. Their hand crafted production, culture and 175 years of existence make Laulhère a very unique brand.
The Laulhère factory stands on the same spot since its creation in 1840, nestled in the foothills of the Pyrenées Mountains in a town called Oloron-St-Marie.
The company's strength is built on its range of development and amazing palette of colors carefully selected by their designers, and using raw materials like Pure Merino wools and Angora.
The winning bidder will enjoy this vintage-look cloche bonnet, 100% pure virgin wool, and naturally water-repellent. The color is a chocolate brown (as shown in the 2nd photo).
This hat, rare to find in the U.S., is donated by our friends at Maison Eclectique. Visit them at 3725 SE Division through the end of this month (May 2015). Then they'll be moving and re-opening under the name of Traditions de France. Merci Véronique and Philippe!
